Grandparents Day Feb. 2nd 2011

This week our school celebrated Catholic Schools Week. This is a week where Catholic schools around the country take time to celebrate their Catholic ethos through special activities.
The theme of Catholic Schools Week this year is “Rooted in Jesus Christ”. Within this theme we are also focusing on St. Brigids Day and Grandparents Day.
This week we had a great turn out for our"Grandparents Thanks Giving Service" where our Grandparents shared their memories of their Grandchildren's Christening with us.All the Grandparents and some of the Grandchildren enjoyed refreshments.Thanks to all our Grandparents for making our pupils feel so loved.
